Hailey obtained her BS from Eastern Illinois University in Elementary Education and started her insurance career in 2018 where she quickly found a niche that complimented her culmination of skills; building/implementing Employee Navigator for clients.  She joined Stumm Insurance in 2019 as an Account Manager and has continued to grow in the Employee Navigator space. She loves all aspects of implementing an Employee Navigator build, from offering employees a user-friendly enrollment experience, to helping streamline the HR responsibilities for clients.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking/baking, re-designing her apartment, as well as a good DIY project.
