Account Executive
The Account Executive works directly with all levels of staff of both Stumm Insurance and of the clients on high-level aspects of client management & retention for groups ranging from 5 to 500+ employees. This includes direct client support and advisement on high level benefit plan development, pricing, consultation and communication.
Account Manager
The Account Manager works directly with the assigned client team and with client contacts on all aspects of daily client management for groups ranging from 5 to 500+ employees. This includes renewal support, direct client support, processing client change transactions, claims resolution and census reviews. The Account Manager will also prepare new client and open enrollment materials
Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator works with Stumm service teams on all aspects of client enrollment transactions for groups ranging from 5 to 500+ employees. This includes employee enrollment, termination, and/or change requests received from the employer throughout the year. The account coordinator will also assist Stumm service teams in preparing and updating group census material.
Sales Executive
Our Sales Executives have the overall responsibility for prospecting and soliciting new clients for the employee benefit practice, as well as serving as the relationship manager between the client and Stumm service team.
Business Development Associate
The Business Development Associate will generate new leads for Stumm Insurance. This position requires a high level of comfort and poise in cold calling and speaking with prospective clients. The successful candidate will collect potential leads, increase Stumm’s brand awareness, and build connections with prospective clients.
