Laura Drallmeier
Claim Concierge
Laura comes to Stumm Insurance with over three decades of experience in healthcare and a genuine heart for service. She brings a unique blend of “big carrier & brokerage” expertise and personalized advocacy to the insurance world. Spending her first eight foundational years at a large national health insurance carrier, Laura learned many of the internal workings of that facet of the business — from Medical Management and Claims Research to resolving Presidential Complaints and Ancillary Contracting. Most recently, she was a Senior Account Manager at a brokerage. Laura leverages all this deep insider knowledge to bridge the gap between complex benefits and the people who use them. Laura’s passion is to get to the root of the problem, fix it, and empower employees through education.
Originally a Chicago suburbanite and the proud daughter of a Police Officer, she recently traded “big city” life for the quiet charm of “small-town” life in rural southern Missouri. She lives with her husband and three dogs. In her free time, she loves the curvy roads offered in southern Missouri as she is an avid motorcycle rider and is deeply involved in the riding community. She is a member of The Stilettos on Steel an all-female riding group and is Secretary for her chapter of Road Riders for Jesus a motorcycle ministry!
