Operations & Events Coordinator
Sarah lived most of her life in Germany and started her career as a flight attendant. Upon moving to the states, she joined a consulting firm as an administrative assistant to Executive level staff. Here at Stumm Insurance, she is happy to be part of the Operations & Events team planning memorable events and contributing directly to the efficient functioning of our operations.
In Sarah’s free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, baking, and hiking.
Account Coordinator
Katie graduated from Miami University in Ohio, with her BS in Human Capital Management & Leadership. Katie started at Stumm as an Account Coordinator after having internships in both Accounting and Human Resources, where she honed her love of serving her clients and making a positive impact. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, seeing the latest movies in theaters, and listening to music.
Account Coordinator – Supplemental Insurance
Lily Graduated from Davenport University in 2023 with her BS in business management and her MBA. While there, she held insightful sales and operations internships in both logistics and finance, providing a solid foundation for her first post-graduation job with Stumm Insurance. She looks forward to expanding Stumm’s Medicare/Supplemental Insurance Services under Kristin Stumm.
Lily was a dual-sport athlete in college, playing both hockey and rugby, and she now enjoys participating on recreational sports teams.
Account Executive
Rachel graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s in communications and has been in the insurance industry since 2015. She began her journey as an Account Manager and joined the Stumm team as Account Executive in 2024. Rachel is excited to share her positivity and passion for benefits with her clients and their employees.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, traveling, and playing games, and she strives every year to grow a thriving garden.
Account Executive
Shannon began her insurance career in 2004 shortly after obtaining degrees in business administration & public relations from Monmouth College.
Over the years, she wore many hats in the insurance industry, including running her prior agency’s Employee Navigator system, maintaining their marketing department, and eventually acting as the benefits department team lead. Her favorite part of this industry is helping educate employees during open enrollment time and providing excellent customer service throughout the year.
Shannon keeps busy with her family of 6 and pets consisting of 2 dogs (Roxy & Luna) and 2 guinea pigs (Nibbles & Cookie). In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors, attending her kids’ sports and vacationing in Michigan and Florida. Last but not least, Shannon is a die-hard Cubs fan!
Account Manager, Benefit Technology Systems
Kevin has worked in the HR and benefit space since 2018. In his role at Stumm, Kevin is responsible for Employee Navigator new builds, open enrollment site renewals, and overall maintenance of our benefit technology as a member of the Benefit Technology Systems team.
What Kevin enjoys most about his work is the sense of accomplishment that comes when each new build is complete. He feels rewarded knowing the positive impact that providing solutions to clients has on both HR management and employees of the clients we service.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys staying active whether that means playing fetch or taking his mini goldendoodle on walks, playing in year-round basketball leagues, or traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
Account Coordinator
Britney graduated from Northern Illinois University with her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with minors in marketing and business analytics. Throughout her academic journey, Britney honed her collaborative skills through various team projects and student organizational activities. While in college, Britney worked at Lou Malnati’s, delving into her passion for cooking.
As a part of our team at Stumm, Britney contributes her collaborative spirit and enthusiasm to the dynamic insurance industry, while embracing new challenges and continuous growth.
Outside of academics and work, Britney enjoys weightlifting, golf, and exploring new food interests. She also finds joy in video games, hiking, cherishing moments with her family, and fostering connections with friends.
Operations & Events Coordinator
Jamie grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Northern Illinois University. From the early age of 16, Jamie was driven to the service industry, working in movie theaters, bakeries and restaurants, and then to country clubs and a hospitality company following her graduation from college. In her position with us, Jamie most enjoys contributing to the planning of our many staff appreciation events and onboarding technology for new employees.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with family, friends and her 2 cats, live music, reading, photography, traveling, biking, trying new restaurants, and watching/attending any and all Chicago athletics games.
Account Manager, Benefits Technology Services
Randy comes with a background in benefit administration systems, most recently working as a Tech Resource Account Manager and prior to that in data and analytics. In his role on the Tech Team at Stumm he utilizes his problem-solving skills and technology knowledge to troubleshoot quickly and effectively. In his free time, Randy loves traveling (ask him about his most recent vacation), working out and enjoying live music.
Account Coordinator
Adrienne graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Criminology. Her position as a 911 dispatcher, highlighted her strong ability to multi-task and problem problem solve. She is looking forward to utilizing those strengths as an Account Coordinator.
In her free time, Adrienne enjoys any outdoor activity that involves the sun, traveling and home renovation projects.
