Randy comes with a background in benefit administration systems, most recently working as a Tech Resource Account Manager and prior to that in data and analytics. In his role on the Tech Team at Stumm he utilizes his problem-solving skills and technology knowledge to troubleshoot quickly and effectively. In his free time, Randy loves traveling (ask him about his most recent vacation), working out and enjoying live music.
Account Coordinator
Adrienne graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Criminology. Her position as a 911 dispatcher, highlighted her strong ability to multi-task and problem problem solve. She is looking forward to utilizing those strengths as an Account Coordinator.
In her free time, Adrienne enjoys any outdoor activity that involves the sun, traveling and home renovation projects.

Kia is currently pursuing her degree in Business Management. Since joining Stumm she has found helping clients and coworkers on various projects is something that she truly enjoys. She also benefits from the collaborative work environment Stumm provides.
Outside of work and academics, Kia loves to indulge in her passion for baking and finds solace in attending yoga classes. She is an avid nature enthusiast who thrives on exploring the beautiful landscapes surrounding her, along with the vibrant city of Chicago. Kia also cherishes spending quality time with family and friends.
Account Executive
Elena has been working in the insurance industry since 2013. Prior to insurance, she worked in Human Resources with a capacity in employee benefits, which sparked her interest in insurance/benefits. She has a bachelor’s in marketing and management from UIC and a master’s in industrial and organizational psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With the tools, resources and collaborative environment Stumm offers, she is excited to continue building strong relationships with diverse clients to help them optimize their employee benefits packages.
Elena lives with her two dogs, Xochitl (so-chee) and Lumen, who keep her busy with many walks and lots of cuddles. In her free time, she loves checking out new restaurants, traveling, watching live music, working out and learning new things.

Jillian graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS in Public Health. While in school, Jillian worked as an Administrative Assistant at a debt collection agency at the school’s recreation center. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, and taking care of her fish and plants. Jillian also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. She is looking forward to being a valuable member of the Stumm client service team.

Sarah graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BS in Anthropology in 2006 and has spent most of her professional life as a Consumer Lending Operations Manager, specializing in auto loans and as a Mortgage Underwriter. Wanting a new challenge, Sarah joined Stumm in 2023 eager to learn from her teammates and assist clients in all their employee benefit needs. In her free time, she can be found watching her kids play various sports, trying new recipes or baking and always finds time to be active. Sarah and her husband love traveling and planning all the trips they dream of.

Diana has 20 years of progressive benefits experience: most recently as a Senior Account Consultant at an insurance brokerage and consulting firm where she serviced clients in the small to mid-market segments. Her extensive benefits knowledge brings a unique and valuable perspective to both Stumm and her clients.
In her free time, Diana can be found reading, going on walks and traveling. She is also a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan.

Chloe is an administrative professional of five years with previous experience in medical and social service fields. She began her career in Miami, FL where she served as a program manager for a youth development program, holistically addressing community needs with sustainable resources. At Stumm, she is eager to learn, grow, and develop strategies to better support clients. In her free time, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family, husband, cat, and tending to her growing plant collection.

Linda enjoyed a long B2B marketing communications career in technology, but always had her sights set on supporting employees. In 2016, Linda made the move to human resources working for a growing software company where she focused on benefits, payroll and employee engagement. She’s excited to join Stumm Insurance and expand her knowledge of employee benefits serving a wide range of clients. When she has some free time, Linda loves spending it with family and friends, exploring Chicago and other cities, and volunteering at her children’s schools.

Melissa started in the insurance industry in 2007 as a temp. Through hard work Melissa joined Stumm Insurance in 2020 as an Account Manager. She has an Associate Degree in Administrative Management and Training. Melissa son is a Navy sailor which makes her a proud Navy mom.
