We are honored to announce that Stumm Insurance has once again been named one of Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago! For five of the last six years, we have ranked in the top fifteen of the 100 Best Places to Work.
Crain’s Chicago Business, a weekly business newspaper, surveys thousands of employees in the Chicagoland area each year (since 2008) to discover the best places to work. Determinations are based on factors such as company culture and environment, benefits, employee satisfaction, recruitment practices, and more.
According to Crain’s, “The first part of the assessment consists of an employer questionnaire, used to collect information about benefits, policies, practices and other general information. The second part is a confidential 77-question employee survey used to evaluate local employees’ workplace experience and culture.
