Rachel Watts

Account Executive

Rachel graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s in communications and has been in the insurance industry since 2015. She began her journey as an Account Manager and joined the Stumm team as Account Executive in 2024. Rachel is excited to share her positivity and passion for benefits with her clients and their employees.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, traveling, and playing games, and she strives every year to grow a thriving garden.

Shannon Mora

Account Executive

Shannon began her insurance career in 2004 shortly after obtaining degrees in business administration & public relations from Monmouth College.

Over the years, she wore many hats in the insurance industry, including running her prior agency’s Employee Navigator system, maintaining their marketing department, and eventually acting as the benefits department team lead. Her favorite part of this industry is helping educate employees during open enrollment time and providing excellent customer service throughout the year.

Shannon keeps busy with her family of 6 and pets consisting of 2 dogs (Roxy & Luna) and 2 guinea pigs (Nibbles & Cookie).  In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors, attending her kids’ sports and vacationing in Michigan and Florida. Last but not least, Shannon is a die-hard Cubs fan!

Kevin Sexton

Account Manager, Benefit Technology Systems

Kevin has worked in the HR and benefit space since 2018. In his role at Stumm, Kevin is responsible for Employee Navigator new builds, open enrollment site renewals, and overall maintenance of our benefit technology as a member of the Benefit Technology Systems team.

What Kevin enjoys most about his work is the sense of accomplishment that comes when each new build is complete. He feels rewarded knowing the positive impact that providing solutions to clients has on both HR management and employees of the clients we service.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys staying active whether that means playing fetch or taking his mini goldendoodle on walks, playing in year-round basketball leagues, or traveling whenever the opportunity arises.

Britney Sennes

Account Coordinator

Britney graduated from Northern Illinois University with her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with minors in marketing and business analytics. Throughout her academic journey, Britney honed her collaborative skills through various team projects and student organizational activities. While in college, Britney worked at Lou Malnati’s, delving into her passion for cooking.

As a part of our team at Stumm, Britney contributes her collaborative spirit and enthusiasm to the dynamic insurance industry, while embracing new challenges and continuous growth.

Outside of academics and work, Britney enjoys weightlifting, golf, and exploring new food interests. She also finds joy in video games, hiking, cherishing moments with her family, and fostering connections with friends.

Adrienne Oziah

Account Manager

Adrienne graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Criminology. Her position as a 911 dispatcher, highlighted her strong ability to multi-task and problem problem solve. She is looking forward to utilizing those strengths as an Account Coordinator. 

In her free time, Adrienne enjoys any outdoor activity that involves the sun, traveling and home renovation projects.

Kia Walton

Account Coordinator

Kia is currently pursuing her degree in Business Management. Since joining Stumm she has found helping clients and coworkers on various projects is something that she truly enjoys. She also benefits from the collaborative work environment Stumm provides. 

Outside of work and academics, Kia loves to indulge in her passion for baking and finds solace in attending yoga classes. She is an avid nature enthusiast who thrives on exploring the beautiful landscapes surrounding her, along with the vibrant city of Chicago. Kia also cherishes spending quality time with family and friends. 

Jillian Laurx

Account Manager

Jillian joined Stumm Insurance in March 2023 as an Account Coordinator and was promoted to Account Manager in June 2025. She is passionate about continuous learning and expanding her knowledge base to provide the highest level of service.
Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from the University of Missouri.
Her professional background includes valuable administrative experience, which provides a strong foundation in client support and organization.
When not at work, Jillian loves to run, attend live music events, and enjoy quality time with her dog, family, and friends.

Sarah Hamingson

Account Executive

Sarah graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BS in Anthropology in 2006 and has spent most of her professional life as a Consumer Lending Operations Manager, specializing in auto loans and as a Mortgage Underwriter.  Wanting a new challenge, Sarah joined Stumm in 2023 eager to learn from her teammates and assist clients in all their employee benefit needs.  In her free time, she can be found watching her kids play various sports, trying new recipes or baking and always finds time to be active.  Sarah and her husband love traveling and planning all the trips they dream of.

Diana Moujouros

Account Executive

Diana has 20 years of progressive benefits experience: most recently as a Senior Account Consultant at an insurance brokerage and consulting firm where she serviced clients in the small to mid-market segments. Her extensive benefits knowledge brings a unique and valuable perspective to both Stumm and her clients.

In her free time, Diana can be found reading, going on walks and traveling.  She is also a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan.

Chloe Ottithottathil

Account Manager

Chloe is an administrative professional of five years with previous experience in medical and social service fields. She began her career in Miami, FL where she served as a program manager for a youth development program, holistically addressing community needs with sustainable resources. At Stumm, she is eager to learn, grow, and develop strategies to better support clients. In her free time, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family, husband, cat, and tending to her growing plant collection.
