Account Manager
Chloe is an administrative professional of five years with previous experience in medical and social service fields. She began her career in Miami, FL where she served as a program manager for a youth development program, holistically addressing community needs with sustainable resources. At Stumm, she is eager to learn, grow, and develop strategies to better support clients. In her free time, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family, husband, cat, and tending to her growing plant collection.
Linda Stiglicz
Account Manager
Linda enjoyed a long B2B marketing communications career in technology, but always had her sights set on supporting employees. In 2016, Linda made the move to human resources working for a growing software company where she focused on benefits, payroll and employee engagement. She’s excited to join Stumm Insurance and expand her knowledge of employee benefits serving a wide range of clients. When she has some free time, Linda loves spending it with family and friends, exploring Chicago and other cities, and volunteering at her children’s schools.
Melissa Peleska
Account Manager
Melissa started in the insurance industry in 2007 as a temp. Through hard work Melissa joined Stumm Insurance in 2020 as an Account Manager. She has an Associate Degree in Administrative Management and Training. Melissa son is a Navy sailor which makes her a proud Navy mom.
Joseph LaCavera
Account Executive
Joseph began his insurance career in 2015 at a brokerage in Elmhurst, where he gained experience across employee benefits, individual health plans, and Medicare. He joined Stumm Insurance in 2022 as an Account Manager and was promoted to Account Executive in 2025, continuing to build strong relationships with clients and help them navigate the ever-changing landscape of employee benefits. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Elmhurst University, a background that supports his thoughtful and people-focused approach to client service.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, getting outdoors, reading a good book, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Alison Moore
Account Executive
Alison holds a BA in Management from Benedictine University. Alison began her career in the insurance industry in 2017, most recently working as a Benefits Account Executive at Snyder Insurance. Her passion for providing excellent customer service to her clients will make her a perfect addition to our team. Outside of work, you might find Alison at the yoga studio, exploring a forest preserve with her dog Mayzee and husband, or taking a watercolor class. She is also a passionate reader of many genres.
Joanna Perez
Account Manager
Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She continued her graduate education at Loyola University Chicago at Water Tower where she earned a Master of Science in Human Resources and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant.
Her education in Industrial and Organizational Psychology resulted in a rewarding Human Resources career that spanned more than fifteen years. She is thrilled to join Stumm Insurance and looks forward to learning from her colleagues. When not at work, Joanna is exploring the city with her family and friends. You may find her enjoying an outdoor music festival or sampling the city’s diverse cuisine. She is an avid runner and an amateur yogi.
Iwona Garcia
Account Coordinator
Iwona completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002 and then in 2008 received a post-secondary degree in Interior Design from Chicago’s Harrington College of Design. Her career path ultimately led her to Stumm Insurance in 2019, where she is thrilled to provide service at the highest level to our clients while enjoying a culture of true team collaboration at Stumm with her colleagues. Her personal philosophy is and always will be “happy to help.” In her free time Iwona enjoys family time with her family, which includes puzzling, reading and cooking.
Kara Brown
Account Manager
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000 with a BS in Nutrition, Kara spent 14 years in California working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) on Childhood Obesity initiatives and programs in the education and public health sectors. During her time in California, she obtained her MA in Education at Pepperdine University to further her work with nutrition education in schools and underserved communities. She loves to travel, play board games, and practice yoga.
Danielle Bollman
Account Manager
After graduating from the University of Illinois with a masters degree in health policy and administration, Danielle was employed as a report analyst with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Shortly after, she moved into account management and became an account executive in large/national accounts. Being mindful of health and wellness, Danielle became 200 hour certified as a yoga instructor and certified as a health and wellness coach. In her free time, Danielle enjoys attending her children’s various sports activities, teaching yoga and learning new health and wellness tips along the way.
Danielle Ozer
VP of Client Service
Danielle has over 30 years of employee benefit brokerage experience. Prior to joining Stumm, Danielle was part of the senior leadership team at a insurance brokerage and consulting firm where she oversaw the service of 215 clients. In her role with Stumm Insurance, Danielle will be vital in developing strategic direction and business development for new and existing clients. She is excited to join and contribute to such an amazing organization that has so many talented people, encourages collaboration and fosters a supportive team environment. In Danielle’s free time she is an avid cook and baker, especially breads. She is a golfer and a regular at the gym. She loves to read, mostly fiction, and her favorite book is Agatha Christie’s “And Then There Were None”.
