Melissa Guzior
Senior Account Manager
Melissa obtained her BS in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University. She previously worked in sales and has now worked in Employee Benefits since 2018 providing service on small to mid-size groups. Melissa joined Stumm insurance in 2021 as an Account Manager. Melissa’s favorite travel so far was a trip to Amsterdam and in her spare time she enjoys playing softball and traveling.
Sandy Hibbard
Account Manager
After graduating from the University of Michigan, Sandy worked in client services, creative production and business management for three of the largest international advertising agencies. While pausing her professional career to care for her three children, she stayed connected through her volunteer roles in her church and local school district including co-chairing several committees for special events and fundraisers. Sandy joined the Stumm team in the Fall of 2019 and quickly realized how much she enjoys working with the important health and life benefits employers offer their employees. She strives to provide outstanding service and to be a helpful resource for all client service needs.
Maureen Ciobanu
Senior Account Executive
Maureen started her career in 2005 working for a large financial service firm. She moved to employee benefits in 2007 as an Account Manager, and joined Stumm Insurance in 2015 as an Account Executive. Maureen graduated from Western Illinois University with a BA in Communications. She enjoys interacting with clients and building strong client relationships. Outside of Stumm Insurance, Maureen enjoys spending time with family, vacationing, and bike riding.
Rosemary Aiello
Senior Account Executive
Rosemary began her career in the insurance industry in 1997. She has worked with small and large insurance brokerage firms. Rosemary began as an Account Manager and worked her way up to an Account Executive where she managed fully insured clients in the Small to Mid-Market segment. Rosemary started with Stumm in 2020 and takes pride of her passion for service excellence to her clients and their employees. Rosemary enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking/baking, and listening to music.
Gianna D’Amico
Account Executive
Gianna obtained her BS from Illinois State University in Human Resource Management. She has experience in benefits and other areas of HR within Fortune 500, non-profit, and small business fields. Gia joined Stumm Insurance in 2015 as an Account Manager and was promoted to an Account Executive in 2021. She takes pride in providing A-rated customer service and finding creative solutions to meet client needs. For fun she enjoys laughing with co-workers, friends, & family in addition to traveling, wine tasting, exercising, audiobooks, and sudoku puzzles!
Dave Enk
Senior Account Executive
Dave is a graduate of Loyola Academy and went on to receive his BS from John Carroll University and then earned his MBA in Marketing at DePaul University. He has been in the employee benefits industry since 1990, spending his first 11 years working for two national carriers. Dave moved to the brokerage side of the business in 2001 and joined Stumm Insurance in 2013 as an Account Executive. He loves the relationships he has built with many of his clients and the interaction with employees at enrollment meetings. Dave believes that even the topic of employee benefits can become more exciting when a little humor is thrown in. In his spare time, he is an avid LEGO fan and can also be caught doing jigsaw puzzles, selling everything he owns on eBay, and watching Cubs games.
Jessica Frias
Account Executive, Small Groups
Jessica began her insurance career in 1995 working in property & casualty. Three years later, she joined a general agency as a Sales Manager, where she handled Individual and Group Health Sales for hundreds of agents nationwide in addition to handling membership issues and renewals. Jessica joined Stumm Insurance in 2014 as an Account Manager and now handles all groups under 10 lives as a Senior Account Manager. She utilizes her vast expertise to manage all of her groups benefits and administration needs. In her free time, she loves to cook, travel, and spend quality time with her family, including her dog Sherlock.
Renata Garcia
Director of Client Service
Renata has more than two decades of experience in the employee benefits industry, beginning her career in 2003 with a regional dental benefits carrier. She later served as an Account Manager at a Chicago-based insurance brokerage before joining Stumm Insurance in 2011. She works closely with clients to navigate the complexities of employee benefits and identify cost-effective plan strategies that support both their organizations and their employees. She leads multiple client service teams, fostering collaboration, responsiveness, and strong client relationships.
Renata holds a BA in Business Administration from DePaul University and an MA in Applied Linguistics from NEIU, and she is multilingual. Outside of work, she enjoys learning about foreign languages and attending her children’s choir and band concerts.
Mary Long
Account Manager
Mary began her professional career in 2003 after graduating from Northern Illinois University with a BA in Marketing. After working for a number of years in Marketing/Sales, and then taking some time to be a stay-at-home mom, Mary joined Stumm Insurance in 2019 as an Account Coordinator. At Stumm, she enjoys being able to work with different Account Managers and also assist with many of Stumm’s clients. In her spare time, Mary enjoys photography, traveling and taking on DIY projects around the home.
Natalie Peters
Senior Account Manager
Natalie began her insurance career in 1998 working for a general agency in Schaumburg. She was the New Business Manager responsible for new individual and group business submissions for hundreds of agents nationwide. In 2014, she started working as an Account Manager for an employee benefits agency where she serviced fully insured clients in the small to mid-Market segment. She joined Stumm Insurance as an Account Manager in 2018. Natalie prides herself on providing the highest quality of service to her clients and their employees. In her free time, she loves exploring new restaurants, spending time with friends and family and vacationing with her husband.
