Eben enjoys collaborating with others and working as part of a team to solve challenges in creative and effective ways within his role. He brings a strong team-first mindset that was developed during his time as a former Division I baseball athlete, where discipline, communication, and accountability were essential to success. That experience continues to shape how he approaches his professional career, focused on building relationships, staying competitive, and consistently improving.

Outside of work, Eben enjoys spending time on the golf course, where he values both the competitive aspect and the opportunity to unwind. He is also a passionate Minnesota Vikings fan, closely following the team and bringing that same loyalty and energy into his everyday life.
